Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Must have experience handling/selling 1 Cr+ real estate projects/properties.
• Strong experience in residential real estate sales.
• Candidates residing in or near Kothrud will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Kothrud and nearby Pune real estate market.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidate should be well-presented, confident, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
