Job summary

RN Valves & Faucets is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand its dealer and distributor network across Maharashtra and nearby regions. You will grow sales, appoint new dealers, and strengthen relationships with plumbers, contractors, architects and builders.

The role requires 5+ years in sanitaryware or building materials sales, and MBA is preferred. You will conduct product demonstrations, monitor market trends, and drive targets with timely collections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials.
• MBA preferred; postgraduate business qualification beneficial.
• Existing network of dealers and distributors is a plus.

As we expand our dealer network, we're looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Grow sales through our dealer and distributor network
• Appoint new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing partners
• Build connections with plumbers, contractors, architects and builders
• Conduct product demonstrations and dealer meets
• Track market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials
• Master's degree (MBA preferred)
• An existing network of dealers and distributors
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Location:

Pune, Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Akola, Amarvati, Hingoli, Nashik, Parbhaniwith, market/region visits as required
