Job summary

Astral Pipes is looking for an Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Area Sales Manager (Plumbing) to drive sales in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing market strategies, and expanding dealer networks through regular field visits and strong relationship management.

The candidate should have 3-7 years of B2C sales experience in building materials and be willing to travel across territories. Graduate with an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of relevant B2C sales experience in building material industries.
• Experience in plumbing, bathware, sanitaryware, paints, plywood, laminate, tiles manufacturing industries.
• Willing to travel multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Achieve predefined sales targets.
• Execute sales strategies to increase sales, market share and counter share.
• Provide daily updates on sales volumes and participate in sales meets.
• Monitor sales to key dealer accounts and to projects.
• Conduct daily field visits to understand the market and build dealer relationships.

• Resolve dealer issues and act as first point of contact for any issues.
