Job summary

Rexel in India is seeking a result-oriented sales engineer to promote LT panels, PCC, MCC, VFD, PLC & SCADA; you will support pre-sales discussions with customers, consultants, OEMs and EPCs; propose customized control panel solutions aligned with customer applications.

You will interpret requirements from SLDs, GA drawings, specifications and BOQs; ensure IEC/IS/UL standards compliance; participate in site meetings and design discussions; coordinate with sales, design, purchase and production

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in relevant field.
• Diploma or BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/E&TC.
• Know-how of panel products including LT, PCC, MCC, VFD & SCADA.
• Ability to read SLDs, GA drawings, specs and BOQs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote LT panels, PCC, MCC, VFD, PLC & SCADA panels.
• Support pre-sales discussions with customers, consultants, OEMs, and EPCs.
• Propose customized control panel solutions aligned with customer applications.
• Interpret customer requirements from SLDs, GA drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with IEC / IS / UL standards and customer technical norms.
• Participate in technical presentations, site meetings, and design discussions.
• Identify and develop new business with OEMs, EPCs and end users.
• Strong communication skills are needed to coordinate with sales, design, purchase, and production teams.
• They should also have good analytical skills to identify risks, deviations, and cost-saving opportunities.
