Job summary

Elesa+Ganter India is seeking a proactive field sales professional to join our Mumbai-based team. You will visit customers, promote our vast range of industrial components, and provide technical guidance to help close deals.

The role requires 5–7 years in B2B sales of industrial parts, with OEM exposure, and readiness to cover Mumbai and surrounding areas. You will collaborate with channel partners, attend exhibitions, and pursue annual regional targets.

What will you do?

• Visiting customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the complete product range of the company which consists of about 1,00,000 item codes
• Generate new business and customers according to specific market segments, giving proper technical advice to prospective customers
• Servicing existing customers according to company standards
• Identifying and articulating market trends and competitive positions
• Participating in Industrial Exhibitions and Trade shows
• Working with channel partners and help with their enquiries, providing technical support as per their needs to help grow their business according to company policy
• Developing and implementing sales strategies as per the directions given by the management from time to time
• Conducting in-house exhibitions at the customer premises
• Accountability for achieving annual sales target of the assigned region
