SLTL Group - Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd in India is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – Sales. The role targets 4–8 years of experience in industrial machinery and laser technology, with diploma or engineering degrees preferred.

You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and promote CNC/laser equipment across sectors. Responsibilities include lead generation, customer visits, quotations, and coordinating trials with service teams.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate leads through customer visits, cold calling, exhibitions, and references.
• Promote industrial laser machines, including laser cutting, welding, marking, and engraving.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with application and service teams for machine trials, demonstrations, and installations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• For Assistant Manager: Manage key accounts, develop territory sales plans, and guide junior sales engineers where required.

Preferred: Experience in industrial equipment, capital machinery, CNC, automation, or laser technology sales. A valid driving licence is desirable.
