Job summary

Electrocare, a leading distributor of electrical and automation products, is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to develop existing customers, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue. You will present technical solutions, coordinate with OEMs and panel builders, and ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

Required Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics, at least two years of sales experience in switchgear and related products, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics
• 2 years sales experience in electrical products
• Knowledge of switchgears and major brands (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Develop existing customers to achieve and exceed sales targets for product sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry and establish new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products & services.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

1. Develop Existing Customers to achieve and exceed sales targets for Product Sales.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics.
2. Sales Experience working with OEM/Panel Builder preferred
3. Strong technical knowledge of Switchgears - MCCB, RCB, RCCB, DBs, Selec Timers.
4. Familiarity with a diverse range of Schneider, ABB, Siemens & Selec products makes is advantageous.
5. 2 years of successful sales experience, in the field of above mentioned products.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
8. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
