Job summary

Metro Decorative in Delhi is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing teams with end-to-end coordination and backend support.

You will coordinate with the sales team for orders, quotations, MIS, and customer databases, ensure timely resolution of queries, and assist in preparing reports and MIS of sales targets vs achievement. The role demands strong MS Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline or MBA.
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, MIS in building material industry.
• Experience in Building Materials/Wood Panel Industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer orders, quotations, and sales-related activities.
• Maintain and update sales reports, order status, customer databases, and MIS.
• Handle Sales queries and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned departments.
• Assist the sales team in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Prepare weekly & monthly consolidated MIS Reports of Sales Target Vs Achievement.
• Maintain proper records of sales enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payments.
• Coordinate quotations, documentation, product information and Price comparison
• Support day-to-day office coordination and business support activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.
