Job summary

Zebronics is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Chennai team. The role emphasizes meticulous coordination of sales orders, client communication, and routine MIS reporting via advanced Excel tools.

You will support order processing, documentation, and data-driven performance insights to help achieve monthly targets. Ideal candidates will have strong MS Excel skills, organizational abilities, and fluency in English; Hindi is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Hindi preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (lookup, pivot tables, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Sales Team, Clients, and Internal Departments for smooth order processing and execution.
• Maintain and track sales orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Handle documentation including quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and agreements.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and service-related issues.
• Monitor sales targets and assist the team in achieving monthly/quarterly goals.
• Maintain accurate data records and update CRM/sales systems regularly.
• Support management with data analysis and performance reports.

The ideal candidate should have good coordination and communication skills, along with strong proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to manage sales operations, order processing, MIS reporting, and client coordination efficiently.
