Expo Advanced Materials Private Limited in Noida seeks a Sales Coordinator cum CRM Executive to streamline sales processes, manage CRM records, and coordinate daily activities with Sales & Marketing. You will track orders, prepare MIS, and support timely order execution.

The role requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and disciplined reporting. Experience in CRM and order-to-dispatch coordination is preferred; attention to detail and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 25 years experience preferred
• Strong CRM experience
• Experience with preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS
• Proficient in MS Excel / MS Office

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for daily sales updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.
• Track orders from order confirmation to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal teams for timely order execution.
• Maintain and update CRM records and customer information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS and reports.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain proper sales documentation and records.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure.
• Support the Sales team with day-to-day coordination and reporting.
