Property Matrimony in Chennai seeks a dynamic sales executive to meet customers at project sites, connect live leads, and convert conversations into meetings and site visits.

The role requires strong real estate knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets; immediate joiners preferred, with 4–6 LPA per annum plus best incentives.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years.
• Skill Set: Good Communication & Presentable with right kind of Sales Attitude.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners would be preferred.
• Familiarity with the Chennai Real Estate Market is must.

• Meeting Customers at Project Sites of Reputed Developers

• Managing customer\'s queries on phone & convert tele-conversation into Meetings / Site Visits
