Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's or post-graduation degree preferred.
• Previous gold loan banking or client service experience preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, conduct and monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion and branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retention of old customers.
• Conduct valuation appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per policy and audit compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility for safekeeping pledged securities according to company policies.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from customers for interest collections.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing timely feedback on performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports and taking actions for growth.
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus other products like NCDs and Gold Coins.
• Maintain 100% process compliance at branch in valuation and related activities.
• Manage error-free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight and audit compliance.

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited. The Branch Manager is a managerial responsibility for providing full leadership and direction to the team of employees in growing business and client base of consumer gold loan. The overall objective of this role is to build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth

• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance

• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.

• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
