Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj finance limited

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive and participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
• Plan, conduct, monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion and branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions and retainment of old customers.
• Conduct error‑free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and auditing compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow‑ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co‑workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third‑party products i.e., NCDs, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
