The candidate will drive field marketing initiatives, focus on new customer acquisition and retention, perform gold ornament valuation, and mentor staff to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in gold loan banking or branch operations.
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in gold loan products, management or client services is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations and profitability.
• Lead field marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and monitor field marketing to ensure healthy leads and business conversion.
• Drive customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention.
• Conduct valuation and appraisal of pledged gold ornaments per policy and ensure audit compliance.
• Safekeep pledged securities as joint custodian.
• Maintain NPAs through proactive follow-ups and collections.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and deliver timely performance feedback.
• Prepare reports and drive branch growth initiatives.
• Increase gold loan business and cross-sell third-party products.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall branch operations,performance profitability of the branch.
• Drive participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
• Plan,conduct monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion branch growth
• Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions retainment of old customers
• Conducting error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policies
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance
• Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch
• Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.
• Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
