Job summary

Talentstack is seeking a energetic, people-first Recruiter to manage the complete hiring cycle. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure every candidate has a great experience from first call to joining.

The role involves intake calls, Boolean and LinkedIn sourcing, screening, scheduling, salary discussions, and closing offers. You will also maintain ATS trackers and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
• Strong sourcing using Boolean search and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and tight deadlines.
• Confident in negotiation and closing candidates.
• Organised, proactive and target-driven.

Responsibilities
