Omnex is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for multiple projects. The role involves screening CVs, aligning with manpower requisitions, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating outcomes to candidates.

The position requires collaboration with Operations and HR to ensure timely onboarding and documentation, including background checks where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Screen CVs and applications from various sources.
• Cross-check knowledge and skills with manpower requisition forms.
• Coordinate joining timelines and salary budgets with candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates for interviews.
• Plan and schedule interviews with interviewers.
• Inform candidates of interview dates and obtain availability.
• Share lineup tracker with Operations team.
• Conduct interviews with Operations/Customer Team.
• Communicate interview outcomes to candidates based on final decision.

Role & responsibilities

Execute the task as per the daily plan and take proactive & conditionally actions if any gaps were there.

Sourcing profiles from various sources like Naukri, indeed, Employee referral and follows the below actions for TPFS.

• Profile / CV / Application Screening
• Cross checking the knowledge and skill sets with the manpower requisition form
• Checking the joining time required by the candidates
• Checking the salary budget of the candidates
• Shortlist suitable candidates
• Planning and Scheduling Interview with the Interviewer
• Inform Candidates about interview date and confirm their availability. Communicate Interviewer to well in advance to make sure the interview done as per the schedule plan.
• Sharing the line-up tracker with Operations team
• Conducting Interviews along with Operations / Customer Team
• Communicate the interview outcomes to candidates based on the final decision from Interviewer / Business head
• Collect soft copies of (Payslips / Employment proof / Identity & Address proof / Educational docs)
• Background Verification / Reference Check (wherever applicable) and Filing document
• Communication on Medical check to candidates (wherever applicable) and get the proof of medical fitness confirmation
• Release offer Letter if candidate meets all Technical & HR requirements
• Appointment letter preparation and approval from Business head / HR head to share with new employees.

Maintain all sourcing & recruitment documents (both e-record and manual)

To prepare standards, procedures and submit management reports for the monthly business review (MBR) meetings on time.

Monitor and measure the deliverables of sourcing & recruitment and deployment process

• On-time deployment for New & Existing projects (Hit ratio/Numbers)
• Maintaining Bench Strength as per the targets
