The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of US recruitment coordination experience, strong communication skills, good coordination abilities, and effective stakeholder management under tight timelines. Walk-in drive details will be provided by our recruitment team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US recruitment coordination or recruitment operations.
• Graduates from non-technical backgrounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding.
• Ensure proactive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery per client standards.
• Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Update and maintain applicant data in ATS with accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment lifecycle job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure proactive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
• Prompt response to queries from Internal and External stakeholders
• Update and maintain documentation along with the applicant data in ATS with accuracy.
• Works with strong process discipline and is skilled in Microsoft Office and Data Management tools. Handles ambiguity while balancing SLAs, quality, and priorities.
