Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end IT and Non IT recruitment, partnering with clients and hiring managers to deliver quality candidates within SLAs. You will source, screen, coordinate, and onboard across multiple roles, while maintaining candidate experience and ATS data integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience in RPO or Consulting preferred.
• Strong recruitment terminology.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT & Non IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, Boolean search, referrals, networking.
• Screen and assess candidates on technical skills, project experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Understand technical requirements and identify candidates across various IT technologies and roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, technical panels, and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong active and passive talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback and smooth candidate movement.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, background verification, and onboarding support.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure ATS/data integrity.
• Deliver recruitment targets aligned with SLAs, TAT, closures, submission quality, interview ratios, and offer-to-join metrics.
• Prepare pipeline reports, hiring dashboards, and recruitment updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely resolution of queries.

Role Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end IT and Non IT recruitment, partnering with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements, build talent pipelines, and deliver quality candidates within defined SLAs and hiring targets. The role involves sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and onboarding support across multiple positions.

Work Model :- 5 days (Work From Office)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an RPO or Consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment terminology.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
• Strong sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment reporting tools.
