Job summary

Niva Bupa in Mumbai seeks an experienced recruitment professional to own end-to-end hiring—from sourcing through joining. You will screen thoroughly, conduct competency-based interviews, and negotiate salaries, partnering with hiring managers to set role requirements and realistic timelines.

Additionally, you will supplement agency pipelines with direct sourcing via job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter, maintain robust candidate pipelines in the ATS, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience
