What You'll Be Doing
- Management Accounting: Prepare and analyze cost of sales reports and profit and loss statements, ensuring financial performance is accurately reported and aligned with forecasts.
- Financial Analysis: Provide actionable insights through detailed financial reporting and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Maintain strong balance sheet control through accurate and timely weekly reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable Management: Ensure supplier payments are processed accurately and on time while supporting effective cash flow management.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and Commercial teams to provide financial guidance and support across the business.
- Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and timely financial reports to support management and stakeholder requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Deliver additional financial analysis and reporting as required to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For
- Relevant Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience within accounting and finance functions.
- Professional Qualification: CA (Final or Inter) or MBA in Finance with a strong academic background.
- ERP Expertise: Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Navision.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial analysis tools.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Self-motivated with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills with the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities with a focus on delivering valuable business insights.
