Job summary

Compunnel in Dadri, India is seeking a recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top talent across industries. You will support clients with hiring needs as an individual contributor with limited supervision, sourcing candidates from multiple job boards to build a robust pipeline and coordinating interviews.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, manage the offer process, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Daily updates in the ATS are required, starting 2026-09-14.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage top talent in the industry who are actively looking for new opportunities


• Support clients with their hiring needs in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision


• Source candidates from various job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline


• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings


• Set up interviews and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer


• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it from start to finish


• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done according to employment laws and regulations


• Update daily activities in the internal ATS
