Tashiv Ventures in Navi Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Non-IT Recruiter to manage bulk and lateral hiring, sourcing, screening, and end-to-end candidate closure.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in non-IT recruitment, experience in recruitment consulting or staffing, and is comfortable with fast-paced targets and stakeholder management. IT recruitment profiles will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in Recruitment Consulting/Staffing/RPO hiring is mandatory
• 4+ yrs of exp. in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory

• Managing 20+ concurrent requisitions
