• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar hiring in manufacturing industry, including bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. to meet business requirements.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand job descriptions, requirements, and expectations.
