Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring in the manufacturing sector within Ahmedabad region. You will drive bulk hiring, source candidates through portals, social media, and referrals, and coordinate with stakeholders to align job descriptions and expectations.

Interview candidates to assess fit and ensure timely status updates to internal clients, supporting smooth recruitment across multiple roles in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
