Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a recruiter to lead end-to-end blue-collar hiring for manufacturing in India, including bulk hires. You will source candidates through portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to meet business needs.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to define job descriptions, communicate status updates to clients, and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the role.
