Job summary

You will source candidates via job portals, social media, vendor networks, local references, placement agencies, job fairs, and field drives, and conduct telephonic screening to assess suitability.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Drivers, Helpers, Warehouse Associates, Loaders, Supervisors, Field Staff, Operators, and other operational roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, vendor networks, local references, placement agencies, job fairs, and field recruitment drives.
• Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and reduce offer dropouts.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
