Requirement Role Overview

Workday ATS experience is mandatory- End-to-end recruitment role managing the complete hiring lifecycle.- Focus on non-IT hiring for an FMCG client.

Mandatory Requirements

• Ability to manage 15-20+ open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in commercial/business hiring is preferred, such as E-commerce Manager, Sales, Marketing, and other commercial functions. Mandatory Requirements
• 6-8 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong preference for candidates from FMCG organizations.
• Candidates from Pharma can be considered only if they have OTC hiring experience.
• Hands-on experience using Workday ATS is mandatory.
• Experience managing both agency hiring and direct candidate hiring is required.
