Job summary

Maharashtra Feeds is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end Non-IT hiring for FMCG Corporate and Plant roles in India. You will source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, extend offers, and coordinate with stakeholders.

You will also manage agency relationships, prepare MIS reports, and ensure turnaround times are met, delivering timely closures and strong hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment for FMCG corporate and plant roles.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closures.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and agency management.
• MIS reporting and adherence to turnaround times.
