Job summary

Datamark, Inc. in Mumbai, India, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruitment process and align talent with our culture and mission.

You will partner with hiring managers, source top candidates, and mentor the team while leveraging data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes. Experience in BPO is preferred.

The role requires at least 5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or BPO environment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across various roles and levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work proactively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
