DATAMARK, Inc. in Chennai, India, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting, oversee TA teams across the country, and ensure alignment with corporate HR policies.

You will drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and retention strategies in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role emphasizes data analytics from ATS, vendor management, and TA enablement, focusing on scalable processes, improving recruitment metrics, and mentoring site teams to maximize retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years in a talent acquisition management position.
• Experience recruiting in a BPO or Call Center environment.
• Experience leading teams at multiple sites (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TA teams in India and ensure compliance with TA policies.
• Provide leadership to regional TA teams with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collect data and develop metrics from ATS to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships for TA tools, job boards, and verifications.
• Identify country-specific TA tools and provide reporting for operations.
• Update and implement TA policies and work instructions as needed.
• Audit TA sites for compliance with corporate initiatives.
• Lead training to maximize effectiveness and retention of new hires.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the subject-matter expert in all facets of full-cycle talent acquisition and ensures there is a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts retention. Youll be responsible for overseeing our TA teams in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuresadherence to policies and procedures defined fortheTA department at DATAMARK,atSite Level by collaborating with HR teams within their country.
• Provides leadership and vision to theregionalTalent Acquisition teams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques forcandidatesourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring,and retention.
• Collects data and develops metricsfrom the Company Applicant Tracking Solution and other data pointstoeffectivelyanalyze key recruitment activity to understand and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Manages all vendor relationships related to Talent Acquisition to include the Applicant Tracking Solution, Job Boards, Online Reputation Management and pre-employment verifications, screenings and assessments.
• Identifies and implements tools on a country-specific level that streamlines Talent Acquisition functions and provides excellent reporting for ease of operational management.
• Updates, createsand implementsappropriate TA policies, procedures and work instructions as needed.
• Audits site TA teams to ensure compliance withcorporateinitiatives, policies and procedures
• Leads and manages the training environment for assigned sites to ensure maximum effectiveness and increase retention among new hires.

Requirements

• Education Experience:Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Field Experience: At least 8 to 10+ years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition
• Position Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management position
• Prior recruitment experience in a BPO or Call Center environment
• Previous experience leadingteams atmultiple sites preferred
• Strong technical experience Talent and/or HR software systems preferred
• Experience with Talent Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and TA Enablement functions preferred
• Obtains a solid network of individuals around the designated location
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
