Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology is seeking a confident Client-Facing Recruiter in Pune to independently manage recruitment activities and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of IT/Automotive/Engineering recruitment experience, excellent communication, and the ability to drive delivery, coordinate with internal teams, and own end-to-end hires from sourcing to onboarding.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, manage multiple requirements, and ensure timely closures

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Interact with clients to understand job requirements, technical skills and hiring priorities.
• Participate in client meetings and recruitment review calls.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview status and closures.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and ensure onboarding.
• Handle multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Track recruitment performance, closures and pipeline status.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide periodic delivery reports.
