Two Brothers Organic Farm is seeking a Senior Executive - Quality (Ghee & Jaggery) to supervise Bhodani Unit operations and ensure product standards for ghee and jaggery. The role focuses on monitoring production, maintaining quality controls, and ensuring compliance with food safety requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science with 3–4 years of dairy or jaggery manufacturing experience and a strong grasp of milk and raw material quality

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science.
• 3-4 years of experience in dairy or jaggery manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of milk, ghee, and agri-raw material quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the manufacturing process of ghee and jaggery to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards during production.
• Oversee critical process parameters and maintain consistency in product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and QA teams for raw material quality validation.
• Maintain production records, batch documentation, and reporting.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal quality systems.
• Travel to sourcing or related units as and when required.
