Two Brothers Organic Farm in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Assistant Manager – Purchase to lead sourcing of grains, millets, oilseeds, and jaggery from farmers, FPOs, mandis, and aggregators. You will ensure consistent supply, maintain quality, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate logistics for smooth production operations.

The role requires 3–7 years in agro-commodity sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and understanding of mandi procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of agro-commodity sourcing and procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of quality parameters and mandi procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Source grains, millets, oilseeds, and jaggery directly from farmers, FPOs, mandis, and aggregators.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier and farmer networks across sourcing regions.
• Ensure procurement meets defined quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound transportation and logistics to ensure timely material arrival.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and seasonal availability of commodities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and MIS reporting.
• Work closely with QA and production teams to align procurement with demand planning.

Job Summary
