Job summary

Two Brothers Organic Farm in Maharashtra, India, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to production plans. You will supervise shop-floor staff and coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks while maintaining records and minimizing waste.

Candidate should have 0-2 years shop-floor production experience with GMP, hygiene, and food safety awareness, and a diploma or related technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plan and monitor output targets.
• Supervise shop-floor operators and ensure SOPs, GMP, and hygiene compliance.
• Monitor critical process parameters and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and compliance.
• Maintain production records and manage material usage to reduce waste.
• Identify deviations, perform RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure equipment readiness and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and PM.
• Enforce safety practices and FSSAI food safety standards.

Job Purpose

• Ensure proper material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain production records
• Identify deviations, conduct RCA, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure equipment readiness and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and PM
• Enforce safety practices and food safety standards (FSSAI)

Key Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Diploma / B. Tech / B.Sc. - Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of shop-floor production experience
• Understanding of GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices
• Hands-on, disciplined, and people-management oriented
