The role emphasizes quality sourcing, supplier management, and timely availability of raw materials, with travel to rural areas and collaboration with production, quality, warehouse, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or agri supply chain (Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply).
• Knowledge of organic and natural farming practices is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source agricultural commodities from farmers, FPOs, mandis, and aggregators.
• Negotiate pricing and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate inbound transportation and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure quality standards and procurement compliance.
• Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.
