Job summary

JNK India Limited is seeking a QA/QC professional to implement and maintain QA/QC standards for raw materials and mechanical systems in fired heater projects. You will conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation domains.

The role requires strong reading of drawings and specifications, with hands-on inspection/test experience. Knowledge of major codes, ISO 9001 and NDT levels is desirable for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC for raw materials and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs and schematics.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards; ISO 9001 is a plus.
• NDT levels RT F I PT MT UT VT desirable.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical items, raw materials, applicable codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, NACE).
• Hands-on experience in inspection and testing of raw materials and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• ISO 9001 / Quality Management certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment methodologies is desirable.
• NDT level RTFI, PT, MPT, UT & VT with through knowledge.
