Job summary

You will own scheduling, resources, safety, quality, and handover, coordinating across multiple locations and teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10–15 years of project management experience in oil & gas or large industrial projects, with PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred and readiness to travel across India.

Qualifications

Leadend-to-end execution of large-scale,multi-location Oil & Gas and industrial automation projects, withcomplete ownership of project schedule, resources, customer coordination,safety, quality, commercials and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Owncomplete project lifecycle fromkick-off to commissioning andhandover.
  
• Prepareproject execution strategy, master schedule, resource plan and siterollout plan.
  
• Leadmultiple project managers, site teams, contractors and technologypartners.
  
• Coordinatewithcustomer project teams, engineering consultants, OEMs,contractors and internal stakeholders.
  
• Managesimultaneous execution across multiple locations.
  
• Ensurecompliance withOil & Gas/LPG safety standards, hazardous-arearequirements, EHS and Permit-to-Work procedures.
  
• Reviewsite readiness, engineering drawings, BOQ, material requirements anddeployment schedules.
  
• Coordinateelectrical, instrumentation, automation, RFID, IT/OT and networkingactivities.
  
• Trackproject milestones, dependencies, risks, delays and corrective actions.
  
• Conductweekly/monthly project reviews and provide management-level MIS.
  
• Managesubcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule, quality and safetyrequirements.
  
• Controlproject cost, billing milestones, change requests and scope deviations.
  
• DriveFAT/SAT, commissioning, documentation, punch-point closure and customeracceptance.
  
• Act asthesingle-point project leadership interface with the customer.
  

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Techin Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation orrelated engineering discipline.
  
• 10–15years of project management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas,LPG, petrochemical, terminal, refinery or large industrial projects.
  
• Strongexperience managingmulti-site / multi-contractor projects.
  
• Goodunderstanding of electrical, instrumentation, automation and IT/OTsystems.
  
• Strongleadership, customer-management and escalation-handling capabilities.
  
• PMP /PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
  
• Willingto travel extensively across India.
