Job summary

Suncorp Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oil & Gas and industrial automation projects from Thane, with complete ownership of schedule, resources, safety and quality, and seamless handover.

You will coordinate with customer teams, consultants, OEMs and contractors, manage multi-site execution, ensure EHS and Permit-to-Work compliance, and drive project reviews and MIS for management.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Automation or related engineering discipline.
• 10–15 years of project management experience in Oil & Gas, LPG, petrochemical, terminal, refinery or large industrial projects.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own complete project lifecycle from kick-off to commissioning and handover.
• Prepare project execution strategy, master schedule, resource plan and site rollout plan.
• Lead multiple project managers, site teams, contractors and technology partners.
• Coordinate with customer project teams, engineering consultants, OEMs, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage simultaneous execution across multiple locations.
• Drive FAT/SAT, commissioning, documentation, punch-point closure and customer acceptance.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Techin Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automation orrelated engineering discipline.
  
• 10–15years of project management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas,LPG, petrochemical, terminal, refinery or large industrial projects.
  
• Strongexperience managingmulti-site / multi-contractor projects.
  
• Goodunderstanding of electrical, instrumentation, automation and IT/OTsystems.
  
• Strongleadership, customer-management and escalation-handling capabilities.
  
• PMP /PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
  
• Willingto travel extensively across India.
