Job summary

Lightingale Technologies seeks an experienced Operations lead to own end-to-end SITC project delivery across multiple sites in Bengaluru. You will drive planning, scheduling, and execution for MEP, electrical, and BMS scopes, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure on-time handover and quality.

The role demands 8+ years in SITC with strong leadership, planning, and risk management skills, plus a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• PMP certification mandatory.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in SITC and related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Operations team, owning end-to-end delivery of SITC projects.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution across MEP, electrical, and BMS scopes.
• Prepare and monitor a thorough site action plan for each project, tracking milestones, resource deployment, and material supply timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth site execution.
• Oversee site commissioning activities, ensuring systems are installed and tested to specification before handover.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and manpower allocation across multiple concurrent sites.
• Identify and resolve site-level risks, delays, and technical issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client-specific protocols.
• Report project status, risks, and progress regularly to leadership.
• Mentor and build capability within the Operations team

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with experience running an Operations function
• Strong site coordination and vendor/contractor management skills
• Excellent planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience
