Job summary

Spring Hr Services seeks an experienced DGM / Senior MEP Projects to lead multiple end-to-end MEP projects from mobilisation to final closure. The role drives profitability, client relationships and team leadership across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and ELV systems in Mumbai and PAN India travel.

The candidate will manage planning, procurement, costing, billing and cash flow, while ensuring QA/QC, QHSE compliance and contract administration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of MEP project execution experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and ELV systems.
• Proven expertise in project controls, contracts, billing, claims, cost control and project closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple MEP projects ensuring timely, safe and profitable execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgets, billing, collections and cash flow.
• Monitor project costs, margins, productivity, subcontractors, risks and commercial performance.
• Drive client, consultant, vendor and contractor relationships.
• Ensure QA/QC, QHSE, contractual and statutory compliance.
• Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers and project support teams.
• Conduct project reviews and provide MIS, forecasts and management updates.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Leader to manage multiple projects end-to-end, from mobilisation and planning through execution, commissioning, billing and final closure. The role will be responsible for project delivery, profitability, client management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple MEP projects ensuring timely, safe and profitable execution.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgets, billing, collections and cash flow.
• Monitor project costs, margins, productivity, subcontractors, risks and commercial performance.
• Drive client, consultant, vendor and contractor relationships.
• Ensure QA/QC, QHSE, contractual and statutory compliance.
• Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers and project support teams.
• Conduct project reviews and provide MIS, forecasts and management updates.
• Support tendering, value engineering, procurement strategy and business development.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of MEP project execution experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and ELV systems.
• Proven expertise in project controls, contracts, billing, claims, cost control and project closure.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP and MS Office.
• BIM / Revit MEP exposure will be an advantage.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / NEBOSH / BIM certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel PAN India.
