Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru seeks a PMO Analytics Specialist to gather and document business requirements for PMO initiatives, translate needs into functional specs, and support PMO standards and processes.

You will create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, project health, and portfolio performance, perform trend analysis, and support data-driven decision-making with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and/or data analytics, preferably within a PMO, program management, or project-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Jira.
