Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for I/O component development projects with medium to high complexity.
  • Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget, scope, and quality targets.
  • Align project requirements, including functionality, quality, schedule, and budget, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning activities, including resource allocation, schedule management, and technical deliverable tracking.
  • Monitor and control project progress, costs, risks, and timelines to ensure execution against commitments.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates, reports, and key metrics to stakeholders and management.
  • Lead escalation management and proactively resolve project challenges and risks.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong collaboration and effective interaction among all involved teams, functions, and external partners.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project execution, processes, and team effectiveness.
