Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Manager for Power Module Product Development to lead complex semiconductor programs from concept to release. You will drive delivery across global, cross-functional teams, owning the full lifecycle and ensuring alignment with senior leadership on risk, schedule, and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, international collaboration, and a deep power semiconductor background, with 7–10+ years of experience and PMP/IPMA certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, semiconductor technology, or related field.
• PMP or IPMA project management certification preferred or required.
• 7–10+ years of industry experience with several years leading projects and teams.
• Strong power semiconductor domain knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and intercultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex semiconductor product-development projects (Power Modules) with significant business impact.
• Manage cross-functional and global teams spanning engineering, operations, marketing, product management, and manufacturing.
• Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and closure.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, negotiate trade-offs, and communicate project status up to senior executive leadership.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and proactively manage risks and mitigation actions.
• Ensure delivery against schedule, quality, cost, and budget targets.
• Lead problem-solving and escalation management during project challenges.
