Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain analytics or reporting, preferably in semiconductors.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI.
• Ability to create executive-ready reports and translate data into actionable insights.

Are you looking for a new opportunity in the fast-moving semiconductor industry and passionate about solving complex supply chain challenges, including powering AI? Within the Power Systems (PS) division, you will be a key contributor to our Operational Excellence & Reporting team in the Supply Chain and Production Management organization. To take our business and management reporting to the next level, you will apply your supply chain expertise, data analysis capabilities, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Your Role

• Prepare and maintain business reports and management presentations, translating complex supply chain and business data into meaningful insights and audience-specific messages for experts and senior leadership, while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses by providing fact-based insights, recommendations, and decision-support.
• Collaborate closely with experts and management stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, align on key business messages, and ensure reporting that contributes to the achievement of organizational targets.
• Continuously enhance and streamline the reporting landscape of our Supply Chain and Production Management organization by improving efficiency, robustness, scalability, and automation.
• Support operational excellence and business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management, business analytics / reporting, or communications, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to create executive-ready reports and presentations, translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
• Strong business storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages effectively to different audiences, ranging from subject matter experts to senior management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams while working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Fluency in English.
