Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Project Leader for Project Management to drive complex initiatives from concept to successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality and production readiness.

You should bring 3–5 years in semiconductor or related industries, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication for executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years working experience in semiconductor or related industry preferred.
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Leadership with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, risks, deviations and escalations; provide actionable status updates and mitigation plans.
• Set up project teams suited to project needs and complexity; manage risk and changes from internal and external stakeholders.
• Document and ensure production readiness; oversee handover through appropriate documentation and handover systems.
