Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Project Manager Quality Management to lead strategic quality improvement initiatives across backend manufacturing sites. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field and minimum 6 years in Semiconductor Backend Process Engineering/Quality Management.
• At least 4 years of experience leading medium to high complexity projects in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor backend assembly, test processes, equipment, and materials.
• Advanced understanding of quality management methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, FMEA, statistical analysis).

As a Senior Project Manager Quality Management, you will drive and lead strategic quality improvement initiatives across Infineon's backend manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for managing complex cross-functional projects, identifying quality improvement opportunities, and ensuring sustainable implementation of quality enhancement measures to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleDefine and scope quality improvement projects by analyzing quality performance indicators and identifying improvement opportunities.Establish and lead cross-functional project teams across backend sites.Manage the full project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Drive problem-solving activities and implement standardized quality improvement measures across manufacturing sites.Monitor project progress, risks, deliverables, and effectiveness of implemented actions.Provide regular project updates, reporting, and escalation to stakeholders when required.Prepare and maintain project documentation, procedures, meeting records, and improvement plans.Ensure successful project handover and sustainment of implemented quality improvements.Conduct validation reviews and site assessments to verify long-term effectiveness of corrective actions.Collaborate with global teams, subject matter experts, and site management to achieve quality objectives.Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeedBachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Semiconductor Technology, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.Minimum 6 years of experience in Semiconductor Backend Process Engineering, Package Development, or Quality Management.At least 4 years of experience leading medium to high complexity projects in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience in project management within semiconductor assembly and test operations.Strong knowledge of semiconductor backend assembly, test processes, equipment, and materials.Advanced understanding of quality management methodologies and tools.Six Sigma methodologiesFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)Statistical analysis and quality toolsRoot cause analysis and problem-solving techniquesStrong project management capabilities including planning, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder management.IPMA Level C certification or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.Willingness to travel to Infineon sites globally on short notice for project assignments and quality improvement initiatives.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
