Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in India seeks an Engineer Component Verification to join the Research & Development team. You will set up and maintain lab characterization equipment, perform electrical tests, and analyze data for other teams.

You will also develop automation tools for characterization, document processes, and regularly update stakeholders across remote sites. The role emphasizes teamwork and ongoing learning in MOSFET technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor electronics.
• Strong interest and aptitude for learning new skills and MOSFET technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain laboratory bench characterization equipment for characterization activities.
• Conduct electrical characterization tests and provide accurate results and reports to Development, Project and Application teams.
• Develop automation tools for laboratory characterization and create thorough documentation.
• Communicate with key stakeholders across remote sites through regular meetings and provide timely project updates.
• Attend bi-weekly staff meetings to align with team objectives and milestones.
• Participate in annual innovation projects within the CV team to develop new ideas and solutions.
