Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in India seeks a Project Manager for Corporate Functions to plan, organize, and drive projects of minor complexity, manage scope, risk, and budget, and serve as the primary communication interface across divisions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Infineon methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA), ensure quality objectives, and adapt approaches to meet delivery goals in a global semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of project management processes and delivery.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead teams using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage projects or sub-projects of minor complexity (up to Project Classification Class D).
• Take responsibility for operational decisions and ensure project objectives are met in terms of timeline, quality, cost and budget.
• Serve as the key communication interface for project-related matters across Infineon divisions.
• Establish and lead project teams; assign responsibilities to sub-project managers and team members.
• utilize Infineon project management tools to structure projects, monitor progress, and report documentation.
• Drive problem-solving activities using Infineon methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, and other tools).
• Identify and manage project changes to ensure successful delivery despite challenges.
