Isgec Heavy Engineering is seeking a project-focused professional to oversee fabrication activities for heavy process equipment. You will coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement and Vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires monitoring from material receipt through final inspection and dispatch, reviewing drawings/BOM/MTO, and ensuring resources meet project requirements with strict adherence to ASME codes and QA/QC standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project execution and fabrication activities for heavy/process equipment.
• Familiarity with ASME codes, QA/QC requirements and project specifications.
• Strong ability to coordinate design, production, planning and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• project execution and fabrication activities for heavy/process equipment.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, QA/QC, Procurement and Vendors.
• Monitor fabrication progress from material receipt to final inspection and dispatch.
• Review drawings, BOM/MTO and project requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower and resources.
• Coordinate activities related to fit-up, welding, NDT, PWHT, hydro testing and painting.
• Monitor project schedules, identify delays and support recovery actions.
• Prepare progress reports and project MIS.
• Coordinate with clients/TPI/consultants for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with ASME codes, quality requirements and project specifications.
