Job summary

Hrs Process System in Pune district, India, is seeking a fabrication specialist to oversee shop floor activities and supervise the workforce. The role focuses on fabricating in stainless steel and exotic materials, ensuring timely production of heat exchangers, pressure vessels and related systems.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with ISO, TEMA and ASME codes and will coordinate with design, purchasing, quality control and vendors to deliver orders meeting quality and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of fabrication experience, preferably in SS and exotic material welding.
• Knowledge of design standards and codes ISO, TEMA, ASME.
• Experience in manufacturing heat exchangers, pressure vessels and heat recovery systems.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate in SS and exotic materials.
• Timely manufacturing of heat exchangers, pressure vessels and related systems.
• Ensure fabrication to ISO, TEMA, ASME and similar codes.
• Manage shop floor activities, supervise workforce, and coordinate with teams.
• Prepare and fulfill production plan.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, quality control and vendor development to ensure on-time, quality orders.
